Ryan Addis
Managing Director

Mr. Addis has a diverse background as an entrepreneur, consultant, and Fortune 500 professional. As an entrepreneur Ryan co-founded five companies growing them to eight figures in revenue including Shearson, Western Pacific Mortgage, and Caliber Escrow. As a consultant and founder of Part-TimeCEO.com LLC, Ryan supports CEOs to expand their bandwidth and grow their companies. As required Mr. Addis also takes on interim CEO roles such as leading the successful turnaround of the Latin Business Association serving as Executive Director. Mr. Addis has also led a diverse professional career while employed at notable institutions such as AIG and Countrywide where he provided strategic planning for a 1.6 billion P&L through the time of the Bank of America acquisition. Mr. Addis obtained an M.B.A. from the Executive Programs of the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine and is the recipient of the 2003 Top 25 of Residential Real Estate and was in the Valley’s top 40 under 40 by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.

Louis Ashmallah
Volunteer Advisor

Louis Ashamallah is a Volunteer Advisor of Part-TimeCEO.com and Financial Advisor for UBS. Mr. Ashamallah is the former Staff Vice President of eBusiness of the largest health insurance company in the nation. His department was responsible for 90,000 new member sales per year through the Internet and other strategic partnerships, these sales generate over $100 million in annual revenue for WellPoint. His team created, among other programs, PlanFinder, the company's online sales and enrollment process, which allows consumers to search through and purchase plans from their computers. He's also brokered strategic partnerships with several companies across the country to get WellPoint plans in front of more individuals and small business owners. Mr. Ashamallah has an extensive background in planning and analysis at WellPoint and his former employer Atlantic Richfield, purchased by British Petroleum. Mr. Ashamallah studied electrical & computer engineering at UCLA with his MBA earned at USC. Mr. Ashamallah is one of the youngest people in the company to be named a staff vice president and is the recipient of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award.

Michael Dorner
Volunteer Advisor

Mr. Dorner is a Volunteer Advisor of Part-TimeCEO.com holds the position of Director of Strategic Planning and Operations at Amgen, the worlds leading Biotech Company (12.5 Billion in sales), is a seasoned business professional with skills and experience in the areas of information systems, finance, business planning and development, and project management. Mr. Dorner started his career as a “Big 6” information systems consultant, first with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and later with Ernst & Young (Cap Gemini). He then spent six years developing and managing a large international management information system for Amgen. Over the following 5 years, Mr. Dorner provided decision support services to WellPoint, Inc., the nations leading health benefits company, and a variety of high-level consulting services, including strategic planning, business plan development, and decision support, to several early stage companies, including PersonalMD.com, iGroupsOnline, and GeoSpatial Technologies. In addition to his business experience, Mr. Dorner holds a patent on the BodySculpt, an exercise machine. Mr. Dorner is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rosalynn Addis
Office Manager

Mrs. Addis is Office Manager and oversees daily administrative operations of Part-TimeCEO.com. Mrs. Addis' career began with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where she quickly rose to the position of Supervisor for Disaster Recovery Claims. Her hard work and dedication during a large scale disaster event led to her to be distinguished among over 30,000 employees by her receipt of the highly coveted Chairman's award. Mrs. Addis then became the Office Manager for Brandon Builders in Chicago. Following a move to CA, she became a licensed Loan Officer and Office Manager for Western Pacific Mortgage and then Amerifund Lending Group. In her role at Part-TimeCEO.com, Mrs. Addis has also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Investment Group, Landwin which manages over 500 million in commercial properties.
