Ryan Addis
Managing Director

Mr. Addis is the founder of Part-TimeCEO.com and AVP of Strategic Planning for Countrywide’s 1.6 Billion in sales Wholesale Division. Mr. Addis is an integrity driven professional manager and successful entrepreneur. Following an early career with Dime Bank and AIG, Mr. Addis co-founded Western Pacific Mortgage Corp. and Caliber Escrow eventually merging them into Shearson Wholesale where he managed the division and subsidiaries. After a sale of the subsidiaries, Mr. Addis founded Part-TimeCEO.com in addition to taking on the position of Executive Director for the Latin Business Association. Ryan obtained his M.B.A. from the Executive Programs of the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Addis is the recipient of the 2003 Top 25 of Residential Real Estate from the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. He was nominated in the 2003 Valley’s top 40 under 40 by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and is recognized in the 2005-2006 National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. Ryan has a certificate in underwriting from the American School of Mortgage Banking, is a licensed Independent Loan Officer, and has formerly held an N.A.S.D. Series 6 license.

Louis Ashmallah
Volunteer Advisor

Louis Ashamallah is a Volunteer Advisor of Part-TimeCEO.com and Financial Advisor for UBS. Mr. Ashamallah is the former Staff Vice President of eBusiness of the largest health insurance company in the nation. His department was responsible for 90,000 new member sales per year through the Internet and other strategic partnerships, these sales generate over $100 million in annual revenue for WellPoint. His team created, among other programs, PlanFinder, the company's online sales and enrollment process, which allows consumers to search through and purchase plans from their computers. He's also brokered strategic partnerships with several companies across the country to get WellPoint plans in front of more individuals and small business owners. Mr. Ashamallah has an extensive background in planning and analysis at WellPoint and his former employer Atlantic Richfield, purchased by British Petroleum. Mr. Ashamallah studied electrical & computer engineering at UCLA with his MBA earned at USC. Mr. Ashamallah is one of the youngest people in the company to be named a staff vice president and is the recipient of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award.

Diane Cabo
Volunteer Advisor

Ms. Cabo is a Volunteer Advisor of Part-TimeCEO.com and serves as Associate at WestPark Capital. Mrs. Cabo has also been consulting companies with a focus on writing business plans for new ventures in need of angel and venture or bank financings. Prior to consulting, Ms. Cabo was an Associate responsible for supporting the Transaction Execution, Portfolio Operations and AfterMarket Support Teams for the Beverly Hills-based private equity firm, ARC Investment Partners, LLC. Prior to joining ARC. Ms. Cabo’s career before private equity was in research and operations for Boston-based hedge funds. Ms. Cabo was a Director of Operations at Integrity Capital Management, and worked in portfolio operations and buy-side equity research for Westfield Capital Management, a leading investment management firm in Boston with over $8 billion under management. With. Ms. Cabo began her career as a financial analyst in the human resources division for EMC in Hopkinton, MA. Ms. Cabo earned Bachelors of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business & Management at Pepperdine University.

Michael Dorner
Volunteer Advisor

Mr. Dorner is a Volunteer Advisor of Part-TimeCEO.com holds the position of Director of Strategic Planning and Operations at Amgen, the worlds leading Biotech Company (12.5 Billion in sales), is a seasoned business professional with skills and experience in the areas of information systems, finance, business planning and development, and project management. Mr. Dorner started his career as a “Big 6” information systems consultant, first with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and later with Ernst & Young (Cap Gemini). He then spent six years developing and managing a large international management information system for Amgen. Over the following 5 years, Mr. Dorner provided decision support services to WellPoint, Inc., the nations leading health benefits company, and a variety of high-level consulting services, including strategic planning, business plan development, and decision support, to several early stage companies, including PersonalMD.com, iGroupsOnline, and GeoSpatial Technologies. In addition to his business experience, Mr. Dorner holds a patent on the BodySculpt, an exercise machine. Mr. Dorner is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rosalynn Addis
Chief of Staff

Mrs. Addis is Chief of Staff and oversees daily administrative operations of Part-TimeCEO.com. Mrs. Addis’ career began with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where she quickly rose to the position of Supervisor for Disaster Recovery Claims. Her hard work and dedication during a large scale disaster event led to her to be distinguished among over 30,000 employees by her receipt of the highly coveted Chairman’s award. Mrs. Addis then became the Office Manager for Brandon Builders in Chicago. Following a move to CA, she became a licensed Loan Officer and Office Manager for Western Pacific Mortgage and then Amerifund Lending Group. In her role at Part-TimeCEO.com, Mrs. Addis has also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Investment Group, Landwin which manages over 500 million in commercial properties.
