How we work: Below is an overview of our Process.

    OVERVIEW
    • PHONE APOINTMENT
      • We start with an introductory phone appointment with a senior member to ensure that your needs are aligned with the value we can offer you. We only engage in projects that are of mutual benefit. The projects we undertake should be both challenging to our Associates and have the ability to provide your organization with significant value and returns. If a fit is determined, an appointment will be made for your free field assessment. Our associate will inform you of any paperwork required prior to the meeting.
    • FREE ASSESSMENT
      • A Senior Associate will come to your location and review you operations and any requested paperwork. (tax returns, financials, operations manuals, etc.) This process is confidential and will only involve members that you provide access to. It is important to be forthright during this process so that our Associate will be able to provide you with an accurate assessment.
    • BID (our rates)
      • Once a fit is determined, our Associate will send a bid and summary of the work to be involved and our rates. Each bid is customized on the talent required, project scope, and resources of your firm. We do not undertake projects that are unrealistic for your financials and potential results. Our bids usually consist of a retainer element and a percentage portion aligned with the project scope. We believe this process aligns our incentives with your objectives and preserves your cash-flows.
    • ACCEPTANCE
      • If you are comfortable with our initial bid, you may sign it or call for further clarification until an agreement can be made.
    • PROPOSAL/BID REFINEMENT
      • At receipt an initial proposal retainer (if applicable), we will formalize a comprehensive proposal to clearly communicate our involvement, objectives, and services for your project. Refinement may be required at this point to ensure that all objectives and concerns are addressed as expected.
    • TEAM ASSEMBLY (our team) (part-time)
      • Depending upon your requirements, we will assemble a team of qualified professionals to mange your project. Our Associates consist of Fortune 500 Executives, Entrepreneurs, Up-and-Comers, and we also work with recruiters as required. These professionals are often retired professionals, moonlighting executives, or financially independent entrepreneurs. Each Associate is rigorously screened and shares a common bond of searching for new and exciting challenges and helping others. Our Associates work on multiple simultaneous projects as required.
    • LOCATION
      • Our Associates can work on and off site depending on your project requirements. For example, a small retail store may have a full-time on-site manager, hired by our firm, and reporting directly to senior management. A chain of retail stores may require a dedicated Senior Associate that interacts with a CFO and HR experienced Associate as required at an off-site location. Lastly, a large wholesale company may require an executive in the office running a department and corresponding with off-site Associates as required.
    • EXECUTION
      • Your work is completed and project updates are communicated at regularly scheduled intervals or in accordance with project mapping specifications. We hold communication in high regard and defined reporting structure will be established to your requirements.
    • DURATION
      • Our firm may be contracted for renewable durations or on a one-time-basis in accordance with your requirements. We make every attempt to create a mutually rewarding experience.
